Decorative coating LAYTINY is used for interior finishing.

Surface Preparation:

LAYTINY is applied to a perfectly prepared surface. The surface must be firm, dry, free of efflorescence, dust, dirt, oils and grease. Previously painted surfaces must be cleaned of flaking old material and sanded. Areas affected by mould or moss must be thoroughly treated mechanically and primed with BiozidGrund D-07 (TM «ELF») or other specialist products.

Application:

Apply QUARTZ PRIMER or DECOR PRIMER to the prepared surface. Before applying the decorative material, it can be tinted – using a dye or machine tinting – and thoroughly mixed. If required, depending on the substrate and application technique, up to 10% water may be added. The material is applied with a stainless steel spatula or trowel, creating the original pattern of the future finish. Light ridges are permitted for a more pronounced texture.

LAYTINY is applied in one or two coats.

For additional decorative effect and surface protection, a finish treatment with DECOR WAX, VELATURA SILOXANO or SAVON is recommended.
